​What Happens to my Unused Running Bibs, Racing Bibs, or T-Shirts?
All unused memorabilia will be returned to you unaltered.  We do not return any Race Shirt Scraps unless you specifically request it.
​How Do I Let You Know What Options I Would Like?
When you place your order, you will be given the option to make certain selections.  In addition, there is a Comments Section when you Place your order for any special instructions.  As soon as we receive your package, we reach out to you and begin communications with you regarding how you would like your bag to look.  You can also always email us throughout the process if you have changed your mind or have additional questions or requests.  Your 100% Satisfaction is most important to us.
​How Long Will It Take For You To Make My Bag?
Upon Final Approval of the Layout, please allow about 4 weeks to craft.  We will let you know when your bag has shipped.  Please Also Refer to About The Process Page For Additional Information.
​What If I Would Like a Lining of a Specific Fabric or Design?
Please send it along and we will be happy to include it in your design. We are currently in Negotiations With Different Fabric Companies to Work on Something Very Special Very Soon!
​ Where Are My Bibs Going?
Your bibs will travel to sunny Connecticut as their transformation destination.  Your Order Confirmation Will Provide You With the Mailing Address.
​Do You Alter My Bibs in Any Way?
We reinforce your bibs with a clear protectant.  There may be certain circumstances where we may need to cut the bibs to fit the desired layout or for the pockets.  Please let us know if a bib you are sending is either extra special or one that you would like displayed more prominently, and we will not alter it.  We also overestimate the # of bibs, so any unused bibs or T-Shirts will be returned to you unaltered.
How Can I Wash My Bag?
We recommend wiping down the exterior with a damp cloth only.  Do not submerge in water or otherwise wash it.  We offer the removable lining so that you may wash that separately from the actual bag.  We know things get stinky from time to time ;-)  Please Also Refer to About Your Bag for Additional Information

How Do The Sizes Run For the Apparel?
We Try To Arm You With As Much Information Regarding The Sizes. Most Products Are True To The Size Charts and We Let You Know If Some of The Products Run Small.  When In Doubt, Please Order a Size Up
What is The Return Policy For Make Your Own Products?
Bibs2Bags Will Refund Your Money or Replace Your Product in the Event of a Print Error or a Faulty Product.  We Cannot Issue Refunds Based on Sizing.
Can I Design My Own Product?
