​What Happens to my Unused Running Bibs, Racing Bibs, or T-Shirts?

• All unused memorabilia will be returned to you unaltered.  

• We do not return any Race Shirt Scraps unless you specifically request it.

 

How Do I Let You Know What Options I Would Like?

• When you place your order, you will be given the option to make certain selections.  

• In addition, there is a Comments Section when you Place your order for any special instructions.  

• As soon as we receive your package, we reach out to you and begin communications with you regarding how you would like your bag to look.  

• You can also always email us throughout the process if you have changed your mind or have additional questions or requests.  

• Your 100% Satisfaction is most important to us.

 

​How Long Will It Take For You To Make My Bag?

• Please be patient with us!  We are a small business handcrafting your one of a kind masterpiece! 

• When we receive your package, we let you know your package has successfully arrived AND we let you know where you are in the queue For Layout Approval.

• Upon Final Approval of the Layout, please allow about 4 weeks to craft.

Where Are My Bibs Going?

• Your bibs will travel to sunny Connecticut as their transformation destination.  

• Your Order Confirmation Will Provide You With the Mailing Address.

​​Do You Alter My Bibs in Any Way?

• We reinforce your bibs with a clear protectant.  

• There may be certain circumstances where we may need to cut the bibs to fit the desired layout or for the pockets.  

• Please let us know if a bib you are sending is either extra special or one that you would like displayed more prominently, and we will not alter it.  

• We also overestimate the # of bibs, so any unused bibs or T-Shirts will be returned to you unaltered.

 

How Can I Wash My Bag?

• We recommend wiping down the exterior with a damp cloth only.  

• Do not submerge in water or otherwise wash it.

Do You Ever Rush Orders?

• We Craft Your Bag in a Combination of the Order of:

  • When The Order Was Placed

  • When The Memorabilia is Received

• We Take Great Pride in Constructing a High Quality Product, and Would Never Want to Sacrifice Quality for Expediency, Therefore We are Unable To Rush Orders.  Thank You for Your Understanding

• Our Gift Certificates Make a Wonderful, Last Minute Gift For the Special Runner in Your Life.

• ​But If You Have Ordered a Product For a Special Occasion, such as Birthday, and The Bag Will Not Yet Be Available, We Will Be Happy to Email or Mail You a Note Stating that Something Special is On Its Way!  

• This Way, the Lucky Recipient Will Have Something to Open on The Special Day and Can Eagerly Anticipate Their Present!!
